I love to have some helpers to support me during my own personal Reiki and meditation sessions, so I’ve put together a bundle of products to support you too! Having items that are specifically designated for use during your self-care time will help create an energy and feeling of sanctuary within your space. Your mind and body will come to associate those things with time that is specifically designated for taking care of you. The bundle includes:

(1) 2 oz. bottle of my hand blended Energy Clearing Spray. This spray is made with a very light dilution of organic essential oils: Clove, Lavender, and Bergamot. It is a very light scent, so it will not overpower your senses. Each bottle also includes a Reiki-infused Amethyst crystal to amplify the healing power. This spray helps remove other people’s energy from your physical space and your personal energy field, so it’s great to spray over you and in your space prior to your Reiki or meditation session.

(1) Quartz crystal, in the 1”-1.5” size range. Quartz is a master healer, so it’s a great all-purpose crystal to work with. You can hold it during your session, place it on your body, or just have it near you during your session. Due to natural variations in crystals, the one you receive may vary from the one pictured.

(2) White long-burning tea lights. These are unscented, made with 100% sustainable palm wax, and have wicks that are lead free and made of 100% cotton for a clean smokeless burn. They have a burn time of approximately 6-7 hours and are in a clear cup, so you can use as is on a heat-proof surface or in your favorite candle holder. White candles are commonly used for cleansing, purifying, and protection.

(1) “Relax & Receive” amulet, optional. The amulet is handmade by me and includes Snowflake Obsidian, Chrysocolla, Smoky Quartz, and Howlite. It is also infused with Reiki healing energy. You can hold it during your session, place it on your body, or just have it near you during your session. Due to natural variations in crystals, the one you receive may vary from the one pictured.
